The TreadmillPlus app addresses a common challenge faced by users of Apple Watch when tracking workout statistics during treadmill sessions. Designed for a seamless experience, TreadmillPlus displays workout stats in a continuous format on the iPhone, featuring large, easily readable fonts that enhance user accessibility while exercising. Additionally, the app provides a visual representation of heart rate data throughout the workout, allowing users to monitor their performance in real time.

Maintaining a constant connection between the iPhone and Apple Watch ensures that all displayed information remains accurate and current. TreadmillPlus effectively integrates with Apple Workouts, facilitating the storage of workout data within HealthKit.

Utilizing TreadmillPlus on an Apple Watch mirrors the functionality of the standard Apple Workout app. Users can effortlessly track their workouts, which are recorded alongside HealthKit data, with key metrics such as heart rate, active calories, total calories, distance, step count, and elapsed workout time prominently displayed in a large font for easy visibility. The app also allows users to pause and resume their workouts as needed.

To initiate a treadmill workout, users simply tap the "Treadmill Workout" button on the Apple Watch to access the active screen. Alternatively, selecting the "Other Workout" button activates Apple's predefined workout parameters.

TreadmillPlus enhances the compatibility between the Apple Watch and iPhone by transferring essential workout information onto the iPhone screen for convenient viewing. The app presents data including heart rate readings and a historical chart of beats per minute. Additional metrics displayed include workout start time, active duration, current time, calories burned (both active and total), and step count. Users can exit the app to engage in other tasks such as changing music or answering calls; upon returning to TreadmillPlus, all previously collected information—including heart rate data—is promptly updated. The capability to pause or conclude workouts from the iPhone provides further flexibility.

Please note that TreadmillPlus requires an Apple Watch paired with an iPhone for optimal functionality.
